Global-Tech Green Energy & Minerals, Canada Ltd have been operating 4 sites in Zimbabwe since 2016 and have extracted over 1,500 metric tonnes of Lithium in 2020. Produce in Zimbabwe span approximately 42% of Global-Tech's global extraction in 2020.
According to a recent study, Zimbabwe may hold 10.4 million metric tonnes of Lithium in Bikita alone, with a further estimated 38 million metric tonnes span other regions.
