• Charlton Holmes has been the owner, and Chief Executive Officer since 2008. Mr. Holmes has extensive experience in open pit mining, quarry and construction. Mr. Holmes' experience involves quarry design, government regulatory requirements, high tonnage production, wall and drainage control. Mr. Holmes is a member of the International Society of Explosive Engineers and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. The Holmes' family maintain approximately 22% of the outstanding shares of Global-Tech Green Energy and Minerals Canada Ltd.
